Transfer of Title Deed
The process of transfer of Title Deed can be fast if you know the procedure and what is required.
If you already have permission, you will have to provide us with:
1. Valid passport copy
2. Power of Attorney on us
3. Property tax 2019 payment slip
4. Permission number and date
If you do not have permission, we need you to:
1. Fill in the application form
2. Send us your passport to make a copy
3. Sign Power of Attorney on us
Obtaining permission takes from 6 to 12 months and after it has been received, you will have to provide us with Property tax slip and to pay transfer fees, then we will proceed to transfer the Title Deed to you.
