Expats Will Be Able to Return to North Cyprus on 8 June
TRNC residents, who permanently live in the TRNC, but for some reason stayed abroad during the pandemic, are permitted to enter the country from June 1. Residents coming from abroad will be required to stay in isolation for 14 days and isolation costs will be secured by the state.
All things considered, charter departures from the UK to North Cyprus will be done on June 5, 11, and 17.
Anybody with a work permit, residence permit, student permit, and so forth., regardless of whether they are TRNC residents will be allowed to enter North Cyprus from 8 June. These individuals will stay in isolation for 14 days, yet will pay isolation costs themselves.
Also, it will be conceivable to repatriate the remains of TRNC residents who passed away abroad under any circumstances, including Covid-19, back to the country for a proper funeral or other burying procedures.
