The tax on the transfer of Title Deed has been reduced to 1%

The tax on the transfer of Title Deed has been reduced to 1%

The transfer fees for locals as well as foreigners and provided that the contract price of the property is not higher than 140,000 GBP will account for 1% instead of 3%.

This tax benefit will be valid until the end of the year 2020.
