Summer Tariff of Kib-Tek Starts Today
Starting from today, a summer tariff will be applied for electricity consumption, Kib-Tek announced.
Cypriot-Turkish Electricity (Kib-Tek) has stated that the summer tariff, which runs until October 31, is the least expensive on weekdays from 23.00-09.00; On weekends and other holidays, it will be 02.00-09.00.
The timespans during which the highest rates will be paid are from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays; 14.00-18.00 on weekends.
Various fees will be applied on weekdays from 18.00 to 23.00 and from 09.00-14.00 to 18.00-02.00 on weekends and holidays.
According to the tariff, during the lowest rate hours on weekdays, the charge per kilowatt-hour of electricity is 0.6508 TL, and the usual hourly rate is 0.9873 TL; The hourly rate is 12908 TL.
On weekends and holidays, the price per kilowatt-hour is 0.6308 TL, normal hours are 0.9873 TL, and peak hours are 12708 TL.
DISCOUNTS
Subscribers with an electricity bill beneath 300 kilowatts will get a 15% discount. Approximately 70 percent of subscribers using tariffs for the population use this discount.
In addition, Kib-Tek said that for a quarter of a year to help its users during the Coronavirus pandemic until the end of June there will be a discount of 15 percent for those who pay their bills within 30 days period.
