I have been coming to Cyprus since 2007 and I fell in love with North Cyprus from the first moment I crossed the border. This first time in 2007 I was over for business but immediately decided to buy property there. Of course when buying on North Cyprus one needs a good advocate and legal consultant to check the land, the constructor and arrange the admin for the land registry and taxes.
