Rental Issues

When you become an owner of a property in Cyprus you have the full power regarding the property you own, including rental possibility. After you found a tenant for your property and agreed on the price you have to sign a Tenancy agreement, which shall include all information regarding the rent, terms, and conditions. After signing of an agreement it has to be stamped at the Tax office and the Landlord is obligated to pay 10% tax of the rent value each month.

It is possible to leave a Power of attorney for all above-said powers in case you reside outside of Cyprus.
