Talat was most helpful to me when my wife and I were our retirement location after living in the middle east for some 30 years.

As a result of our discussion in Dubai I visited Northern Cyprus to  view some land which had become available and with the help of Mr Talat we secured the purchase of land ( British Title Deed ) in 2004

Although not building immediately we negotiated with a local construction Company and eventually decided to proceed with a building and Mr Talat drew up the contracts with the builder along with payment schedules in line with completed work . This contract went smoothly and was trouble free .

Mr Talat was able to advise us on local laws and all legal requirements for the property whilst in addition to this he advised us of the local requirements and of the need to have  local wills drawn up in Cyprus  to ensure that we complied with legal requirements in future years,

We have always found Mr Talat to be very informative helpful and most co operative on any matter where we felt the need to have advice and guidance..
