I have been coming to Cyprus since 2007 and I fell in love with North Cyprus from the first moment I crossed the border. This first time in 2007 I was over for business but immediately decided to buy property there. Of course when buying on North Cyprus one needs a good advocate and legal consultant to check the land, the constructor and arrange the admin for the land registry and taxes. All taxes were handled correctly and sales and buying contracts were done smoothly. Also legal advice is often underestimated but so needed in TRNC, something mr. Talat also provides.
